life has been like shit recently... lots of bad things happen and it reminded me of all those happy memories last year which made me smile to myself like an idiot. How i wish that there was a time travelling machine whr it can bring me back to the past and enjoy living in it once again, but i noe, it was not gna happen anytime. Time that pass will never come back to us again.
Those are the times whn i experienced one of the most happy times in my life. When will they let me have my wish to stay in the past and not going to the future?
Last week, wenxin damn kp, make me super pissed at him and ponned cca for both days., due to tuition. i mean. he is such a bad chairman. always las min notice to all the practices and change of timing. like for dazu on wed, tues 6 plus 7 thn he msged us saying he change the timing of dazu frm 1-4... stupid person. but i love mugging outside with ppl though.. it realli makes me study..
how i wish everything stayed as it is like last yr... :(

wahahaha.... bazaarrr was ytd and it was super fun!!! even though it was a little bit screwed up at first, but thn everything went well soon after that....
In the morning, it was raining heavily and i was like thinking: omg! chung cheng is gna flood agn... and chung cheng always chose the wrong date for the bazaar as the first bazaar whn i was in sec 1 also rained and it flooded too.... whn i reached thr, i had to take off my shoes and changed into my slippers before walking to innosphere and wads worse is, it was flooding... walking through the muddy water was disgusting.... yucks! it was higher thn my ankle... hai... and it was all wet.... whn we went inside LT2, everyone was wet, includ. the floor. we slacked for abit before we realli chionged everything.... whn we went into the small room to prepare, we saw a tree, uprooted and leaning onto the tentage... haha.... so we took pictures and said that they would cancel the bazaar and they din.... after half an hour, while ppl were doing their makeup, another tree gt uprooted and this time, leaning onto the tentage, causing the tentage to bend and sealing off the whole area. after a while, they said that we had to be evacuated and we walked the long way back to our classroom and before that we bought our waffles frm our own stall to eat...
It was not too bad, jus not hot :(
i walking around with trixie and bought a few things, including a balloon!!!! haha... whn we went back class, we were told that we could return to the innosphere and we rushed the make up all this and that.... it was chaotic and we were rushing to open at 130 for the public to come in... at 1, kimberly came and i walked around with her for a bit.... i can see that she was quite bored... hai... nxt time ask ming xuan to wake up earlier la!!!! whn ming xuan came at 130, i rush back to the small room and saw ZA so quickly put make up for him, which was screwed and learnt that someone was injured in the haunted hse. it was celine and kenji.... celine was pierced on the foot with a broken glass and kenji was scratched with his fake mirror??? well, we had to wait for first aid and the ppl waiting outside was tired and waited for one and a half hours... but in the end, everything went well... haha... i was hiding under the table with junhui and spraying water at the ppl, grabbing their legs and pushing the chairs... haha.. it was fun and cold :D at the end, 5plus, there was still ppl queueing and ppl asking us at the end to let them go in -.- but we din :D haha... we slacked abit and i went off for a wedding dinner...
the food there sucked!!! but the best part was that the groom was a cardiologist!!! WEEE :DDDDDD so happy

LOL... ytd and tday was prep for bazaar -.- wad i did all day was cutting duct tape and giving it to the TALL pppl.... LOL and walk here and thr to buy stuff frm bookshop frm them.... ytd was quite fun, budden tday screwed la.... all chiong like siao... haha... in the end, instead of the saturn circle, we did a witch cauldron instead -.- i made it with some other ppl :D... Minutes felt like hours… sitting on the bench and waiting, waiting and waiting, like the time is stopping just to make you feel more nervous… Looking at those people in front of you finishing the oral and leaving the hall makes you even more nervous as the dooms day for you is coming nearer and nearer towards you. The shaking of your hands, the sweat on your hands… even though u cant really see sweat dripping out, but then u can feel the cold sweat coming out when it is coming nearer to your turn.
It was my oral tday and I screwed it BIG TIME!!! I read loads of wrng words!!! AHHH…. Shud have known earlier…. Hai…. Conversation was well, screwed as expected… sigh…. I wil like flipping the cover of the file of the passage throughout the whole oral… dk if the examiner saw or not… I stumbled a lot…. Even I oso dk wad I was talking about… wad I said totally din make any sense to me…. Hai…..pray that with the results, I still can get A1 for my Chinese!!! I really need this A1 to pull up my results nxt yr… pls… pls… pls…..

Went to watch killers and knight and day ytd with kim and mx. from 5-7 we watched knight and day frm 7-9 we watched the killers. the movie was totally...... haha... the genres are like the same? and the killers has no subs so confused with the two movies. haha... but Ashton Kutcher is sooo handsome.. i was smsing YY after the movie ytd telling her hw handsome he is... haha... Knight and day is nice :D killers is sort of a comedy rather thn ppl killing each other... haha and we bought 2 packets of potato chips and one big packet of wang wang and we wanted to spam inside the cinema but in the end we only managed to finish half a packet of chips... haha
and we were sitting at thr side of the front row for both movies -.- ttly can die!!! haha...

WHOA..... one week passes by quickly... one month passes by even faster.... now, it is the end of our one month long holiday and ARGH!! must go back to sch tmr :( why mus time pass by so fast? cant it jus stay abt longer?
5 days has past and my WA has wlr come to an end... i mus say that it was quite fun and we even gt to bring home souvenirs...haha... except for tt grp photo. i think it can be thrown into the dustbin as thr are ppl thr tt pollute the NICE photo... haha during the 5 days, lunch was nice and we din even need to fork out a cent :D wad a kind company . first day was macs, second was chicken rice, third was MOS burger fourth was chicken rice and the last day was pizza... ewwww talking about the pizza, unagi pizza suck!!! and we earned $100 bucks~!!! weee... sian still left maths and history havent do yet.. chi i dun even feel like doing!! heard frm someone tt wayne poh spoil market.. second week into the hols and he alr finished his hw!!!! he gt so hardworking meh? anw... sch is starting tmr!!! NOOOOO!!!! but the only nice thing is that i am meeting beck n trix tmr for breakfast at macs before going to sch... haha YAY!!! miss them so much!!! YAY!!! today is the first day of my work attatchment :DDDD haha it was quite okay, i thought it will be much worse!! haha we did lots of stuff tday like walking arnd the factory and lazing arnd doing nth for 2 whole hours.... haha and mich camwhored with my camera :D and for lunch, we had MACS :D FOC!!! wahahaha.... damn cool right? thn we did some hands on...stuff that i learnt tday: the first generation of paper is called VIRGIN paper!!! haha.... and thn there is some irritating fly talking non stop here and thr in peter chao's accent.... wth are u doing man? stop doing it if u dk how to imitate him... dun try to act cool and act as if u noe everything. so SHUDDUP... seeing your face early in the morning pisses me off realli badly and wads worse is that im actually seeing ur face every morning for the last week of june holiday!!! WTP?! and thn in korea there is one type of paper called duplex paper or smth liddat. thn bfong heard it as DUREX... he mus be thinking of sex during tt time... SICKO... wwth.. im gna puke soon... and there is this staff there, that looks like the old VP tan lay gin!!! haha 85% similarity jus that the age and size diff... haha... :D damn funny.. we were laughing to ourselves whn she appeared!

haha... this week went past super fast... first was the class chalet and thn the bbq on friday... hai... half of the holiday left :( sobs sobs...
the chalet was quite fun, except the fact that i couldnt stay for the night... haha on the first day they watched the unholy woman that i brought, Ju On too... haha.... even horror movies can turn into comedies with those guys from my class... haha .... the first story of unholywoman was comedy thn the second one was porn(nt realli, it jus seems sick) and the third was horror....Doesnt this remind u of ath? ... THATS RIGHT!! unholy woman!!! haha... i rmbed the times whn ks mx n bra came over to my hse to watch this and it scared the hell out of ks?ch? haha super funneh...Funny Moments during the chalet like beckie playing strip poker with the guys haha and this is wad gay andrew did while playing cards...

HAI... catherine has a sad life, waking up at 5 which she din do before :( well, but we went to visit ah gong :) first time... it was quite fun though, esp. with jeremy they all ... haha...it was so tiring at first but in the end it was not so and this is the time when the whole family get tgt and meet which is once in a lifetime.. after that we went to eat dim sum :D yay... so nice :D and thn mum was like forcing Jordan to hug her.. and he was like struggling to break free from her.. so my mum was like ok... play scissors paper stone... u win u kiss me .. i win i kiss u .. and he agreed.. it was so funny :DD

APRIL's FOOL DAY!!!

today is april's day and i came in early to make OREO WITH DARLIE!!! haha... i brought the used toothpaste and beckie brought 4 packs of oreo and we twist the oreo open and squeeze the tube on the cream and put it back tgt so it looks jus like oreo :D first beckie gave it to fsy and he ate it... thn john came and he said he wanted one so beck gave him one whn he ate, he eat it like nth happen and he said it was nice... o.o and he took another one again -.- thn jamal took my toothpaste and put a smiley face on sud's chair and he din even realise!! haha... the guys thn started putting toothpaste on the handles of the door so whn someone walks in he'll have to touch the toothpaste and they started fooling around with it-.- Its funny because we also changed the labels of our class to FG :D and many teachers actually walked into our class think that it was FG :D haha... so funny...

today,we sold ice cream to raise fund for the typhoon ppl in taiwan. very fun. haha.i went around collecting the money, holding the big box in my hand. all tgt we collected 3.3K. YAY!!!!i collected the money for the ice cream too!!! malted alot. but business nt bad since it was very cold today and it was raining in the morning. for jinyao's "birthday cake" 4 scope of rasberry ice cream and 3-4 scoops of choc ice cream with lots of toppings!!i added alot of rainbow toppings with fruit loops!!!
kim san sang too!! but abit po yin at some parts. haha. but nvm good try. i pity ck n ch. they play the guitar and the e.guitar until their fingers pain. haha. the rest performed well too.

last sat, whn to KL to support wx and fel. but went shopping a KLCC first. i bought a water bottle thr. same as kimsan, zhao, sm, jy. b4 tt went to isetan to buy some sweets and smth very funny and crazy happend!!
The BANANA CHOCOLATES!!! i bought 2 packets of banana chocolates and paid RM8 plus for it and with other things, i paid more. thn JT, bought one whole box(consist of 10) banana chocolates and paid for only one small box(which cost bout 4 plus) with other things, she paid RM28. sigh... the counter scanned one box instead of 10 as the barcode is only for one small box. her box is supposed to cost RM49. sigh... unlucky ba. The joke of the day.
went to the venue to support fel n wx. =DD even though they won the sonsolation, but i think tt it is a great achievement for them alr as actually they competing with the whole malaysia.
after we went back to the hotel, Jt ordered 2 times of room service. while waiting for the second time, we went down and starting gambling with RM... haha... to Yee han: thanks for the money... haha lols went up to find kamm... sry kammm forgot bout u cos i tot u were slping. sry.
nxt day, went shopping at the malaka megamall to shop. sigh... only bought pocky. pants...abit to small so didn't buy. went to eat lunch and tt was the best meal in malaysia and went hime, reaching home bout 8 plus. haha. very fun and worth it!! ^^

i sooo stressed. all bcos of music , C.O and school work. i hate PW i hate CO. i regretted joining CO and Music PW. firstly, syf is coming. but have they ever thought, exams are around the corner too. it is exactly 9 days after syf. then, hhz say we are all excused frm all activities after school. is like, tmr mr ek going through the bio paper. CH say must go for cca. how to? i just passed the paper and he dun even allow me to go when teacher is going through the paper. if we dun go, how are we going to noe the mistakes that we made in the paper? skip 1 hour of Co oso cannot meh? practice practice. almost half of the time HWC( huang wen cai) is talking crap lah. so retarded. i really cannot stand it anymore. thinking of quitting CO after this year. exams more impt or syf practice more impt? Streaming this yr. MYE if i dun do well, it will pull down the overall results of my EOY.

aiyo.... MUmmy!!! Firstly, common test is just over and we just received the MYE schedule... WHY???? somemore is drag over my poor poor birthday, make me cannot enjoy nt like last yr, all thanks to SYF i think. SYF is like one week b4 my MYE?? drag over 3 weeks somemore. SO suay...
Secondly, dazu suck today. got scolded by boon chye again. What is music? Music is actually the appreciation of life beauty through the melody and sound waves. We come into contact with everyday, every moment. Music provides an appetizer for tracking the controversial issues of life as we try to achieve the glamour and majesty of arts scene on Singapore. Many people might just think that music is the sounds that appeals to us. However, music is much more than that. Whatever we hear in our daily lives is music. No matter how unpleasant it may be, it may still be pleasant to another person’s ears. Therefore, music can be known as organized sounds, or the art of sounds.

Most orchestral music and the ways of using instruments do not appeal to and interest majority of the people nowadays and many modern composers create music which is new, explaining why many people do not like it. Many people prefer classical music from the Baroque period to the Romantic period, which are composed by famous composers like Johann Sebastian Bach, Beethoven and Tchaikovsky. They sound more appealing than new music, which composers try to make it as creative as possible, and to make people change their perspective of music appreciation and music. They try creative ways like the different techniques in music making such as changing the ways in which we normally play an instrument and making use of extended techniques. Although they did all these, there are still quite a number of people today who do not find these new ways in music making appealing. That is why extended techniques come in, with a vast variety in making music more interesting, creative and unique.
Basically, extended techniques are performance techniques used in music to describe unconventional, unorthodox or “improper” techniques of singing or of playing musical instruments. One notable example is Luciano Berio’s Sequenza V for trombone, which involves many different extended techniques like including multiphonics which means singing and playing at the same time, rattling a mute against the bell of the instrument, glissandi, and producing sounds while inhaling. In addition, the trombonist mimes and must at one point, turn to the audience and ask, "Why?" This increases the diversity of instrumental colours for contemporary pieces for trombone. Another notable composer is John Cage. He is an American composer and a pioneer of aleatoric music, electronic music, and the non-standard use of musical instruments. One of his famous compositions is the 4’33”, a composition which is tacet. It is rather meant to be perceived as the sounds the audience hears in the surroundings during the silent performance. The silent sounds are called ambient sounds and Cage wants the audience to hear them and let them know that this is music. It may not need to contain notes or melodies but even these sounds can be known as music to a composer or a passionate music lover. John Cage had also created a piano with its sound altered by placing various objects in the strings, which is known as the prepared piano. This is also one of the famous extended techniques created by the various composers.
There is a great diversity of extended techniques present today in the music history. For example, for tuned instruments, there are many extended techniques for the strings, brass and woodwind instruments. For the strings instruments, like the third bridge, which are used mainly on electric guitars. It divides the string into two pieces. When played at one part, the opposed part starts to resonate more or less depending on the distance. Exaggerated tremolo is also one of the extended techniques for string instruments. It is the rapid repetition of one note in music or a rapid alternation between two notes.
For the woodwinds or brass instruments, one of the extended techniques applied is by overblowing. Overblowing is when you over blow a wind instrument and it produces a note different from the one intended. Another technique is a combination of a mouthpiece of an instrument with the main body of another instrument. For example, we can use an alto saxophone mouthpiece on a standard trombone. For the electronics, we can use turntablism. It is the art of manipulating sounds and creating music using phonograph turntable and a DJ mixer. Beat mixing and scratching are some of the techniques applied in turntablism.
To sum everything up, we have learnt the definition of music, appreciated the use of extended technique, and explained the techniques used by various instruments and methods in creating new music. Creating new music is not only by penning down a series of notes from what you hear mindlessly, one need to explore an array of extended techniques, which are used by a composers who one might not have heard of. And to discover how they are able to so can we achieve confidence in creating new music.

WEE!!!! Common Tests are finally over!!! :) I think that i will fail maths, bio goeg and maybe even history. The only subject that i am confident of passing is CHI!! =D

Today, the two songs for chinese new yr was quite ok. hua hao is like quite nice...WOOO!!!! but bing hong conduct very very funny. hahahahaha!!!!=D then went to marina square with jess n geraldine. jess bought her shoes and i bought a very very ex but small handphone strap for kinberly. I was at Eunos mrt station when the train came...i tried to squeeze in, but to no avail...then i was walking to the back of the mrt station when i saw Yee Siang and his brother. i waited with them for Chuan Kai and Jamie. so we waited for them and board the train tgt etc. etc.
When we reached harbourfront mrt station, we waited with kim san, jie yun and bra for zhaomin and shiyi...then we bought the tickets for sentosa and went there...
We played volleyball first... i too lousy le...then we played captain's ball then went down to the water. We played in the water and some were wet...i was not. HAHA
we played and did the same things until we throw bra into the water. the boys pretended to want to throw yuan dern into the waters, but then when bra came to help, then abandoned him and went to catch bra instead. so, the caught him and took out his shirt. then jun hao sprayed some tanning oil on his stomach. they ran to the waters and throwed him there, and went into the water to take out his pants. then they arranged his shirt and pants tgt and drew the rest of his body with the stick.
After jie yun took pics for them, we out his pants near the shore to ask him to take his own pants frm the shore if he wants to get out of the water and take his shirt back too. so after one or two mins, he still dun dare to take back. so we counted ten b4 pulling the pants a little bit further away frm the shore. in the end, bra gave up and quickly came crawling out of the water to take his oants and into the waters again to wear his pants. After that we went to bathe and me, jie yun, chuan kai, yee siang and bra sat in jun hao car and go to vivo city to eat sushi and spent bout three hundred and forty eight dollars...then they wanted to catch bolt but no tickets for the 7 plus show so they went to buy wild child and then i went home, never catched the movie with them as my mother dun allow. sigh...i gt terrible sun burn...pain, but worthwhile...=D

Hwachong interaction camp

Well, i went for the hwa chong interaction camp ytd. It was FUNNNN!!!! Way FuNNN... at first on the bus, me, jas and jess played cheat.. haha. jesslyn was caught all the time...haha still say she always win prizes when she played in neopets...haha
when we reached there, chen hao wanted to bring us to the LT3 but he lost his way aroung untill he has to ask for directions. what a disgrace. WE were the earliest so me n jass toked bout the uh-hum and uh-hum and uh-hum... so sick..haha. well, the activities of the camp was gd...
Our team facilitator us hwa pheng... well, the best part was the mystery part when i acted as Yiling, 'Harry's girlfriend'. i had a part when i was supposed to throw the shoebag at kian chang's( harry) face... and it for real... then was the prize-giving and it ended wif a happy birthday song for the real harry and his brother jacky... Nice camp though...

Youth CAMP !!!!!! =D

Srsly long time nv blog le. Well, jus finished the youth camp like today???? Well seriously, it was actually quite FUN. My grp is guan yin zu, wif Yee Siang, Jun Jie, Xue Ying, Lee Fang n Vivian( hu came on saturday afternoon halfway at the second station, the Changi Airport de. )
On the first day, the activities were super boring. jus like doing presentation the whole day????? And played wacko first lah. stupid. 'Fei Yu Qing' got forfeit ang sang qian1 li3 zhi1 wai4. 11 words. Sound super like Fei Yu Qing the real one lorh. i oso got then i sang twinkle twinkle little stars and even forgot the lyrics. so funny. sigh.... First day alr regret going to camp le... How to survive the second day?... ...
Second day we went out and went inside on cabin of the train to sit and opp ur grp was Bra's grp. Hahah... lols. our first station was Labrador Park. we went to one bus stop and asked for directions to go there. then we dunnoe how to go so we wanted to find short cut, another bus and so we crossed the road. 408--tt is e number 2g2 ur destination but it only starts @ 11 so we went ack to the other bus stop and took 30 and we walked a long way up to reach the entrance of the park. but we did not noe which direction to go to so Yee Siangh say go up hill and up we go. butterflies otw up. then when we went down, i mistook all the yellow leafs tt fall was buttuerflies so i screamed all the way.WE found them and then, i was KIDNAPPED... ...
I blew the breeze and enjoyed the scenery nice...after tt got one monkey blocked the way of the other grp mem sian... then after we finished we went back in another direction and took 408. ate lunch first b4 proceeding to Changi Airport. We finished the task is like 5-10 mins??? the fastest grp.Then we took the train all the way bac to habour front again and went to vivo for treasure hunt.... lesson learnt: To smile when we take picture...lols then discussed the fo guang zhi ye ... At night everyone was nervous... lols after tt we went to the class room to write in each other book of what is our opinion of each other and even zhu4 fu2 de hua... then at night we played uno then even the boys next door was laughing when we off the lights. then everyone played tgt like the boys laugh was contagious esp. ming xuan de. lol... expected... went home at 8 in the morning the next day for piano.
Thoughts n feelings: i think tt when i atteded this camp, i regretted at first. But becos of the second day, the activity tt we go through and the things tt we do were very meaningful and stressing on teamwork too. 有难同当,有福同享... smth like tt. i still miss camp. is like 很舍不得的一种感觉. WE must trust each other in times of difficulty. LOLS...

EOY past exams stupid activities

The post examinations activities were very very boring. Can you imagine??????Doing and practising speech and drama all day. so boring and i am the calefare there. lame right. i am e window. So stupid. sigh... Why must have this traditon ????Such a waste of time. doing nth in class and slacking.why must come to school even when there is no activity?????The school expects us to practice s'n'd all day. But in the end, all of us slacking. Sian...

Today got 茶艺课。We learned how to make traditional tea using the most chim way.Blah Blah Blah... then we took turns to pour tea etc...after tt, we finished making it and we walked around doing nth. then yunbin, christopher and marvin came to our table which has me, qiao wen , Lim jiaqi,shuping ,teck hwee and liu tian. The boys came to our table and yun bin started to pour tea into the 公道杯。the big cup tt was meant to be poured into other ppl cup to have equal amt of tea in each cup.yun bin did nt hold the lid of the pot to prevent it frm dropping and in the end, it dropped into the 公道杯 and the tip of it dropped and i did nt realise it and poured the whole cup of the tea with the leaves back into the pot. then yun bin said the cover was broken. ... i gt nth to say bout those boys. too bad i have to clear the leaves so did nt manage to take picts of it.

sian... today nth nice in school except for acc, the teacher showed us the red cliff movie( chi4 bi4 zhi1 zhan4) nice sia. then funny at the same time . blah blah
went for C.O. regretted joining C.O. Shud hav joined band in the first place. sigh...
i dun like C.O alr. so boring. then after teacher go slack like siao sia. so bored...
i dun feel lyk going fpr C.O performance tmr. must skip maths lesson and the same time, miss chan will tok bout inequalities... my worst cos i forget how to do liao... then Thursday got maths test leh. how to cope. then in the end marcus say the excuse slip for tmr will be given to us today. so i waited until tt tooter came and he said tt Huang Hwee Cheng will go class tmr give us. what a waste of time waiting there n doing nth and in the end, oso wait untill nth.

National Day celebration

Today woke up at 5.45 feeling very very tired. 6.15, we then made our way to ECP, wearing red P.Es. Reached there at 6.30am and not many ppl were there yet. bored... bored... After tt, saw Chong Yong and he was carrying 7 bottles of temporary hair spray. He told us tt we were supp to put it on the hair and phyllis was the first guinea pig. (sry) quite nice though , even if it was c.y hu help her spray. i oso tio then hair became red and very tangled up. No matter how hard CR tries to be sprited, we will never win. then my body began to itch. sigh. then sirui asked us to put on anklets( quite nice though) then the band quite ugly. nevermind . but then fun part is tt when we run. Me, Yan ting , Shuping , Xi min, Zi ting supposed to run together, but then half way, me n Ziting pangseh then. and ran ahead of them . after tt, we reaches then went crazy blah blah blah... then have community singing... then went macs to eat with phyllis, yun rong, yanting , xinwei and jiaqi(lim). then went toh payoh to my father's clinic. halfway, xin wei called me ask me go her house just 25 storeys above my father clinic then blah blah blah and my dad fetched me home. this post is super duper boring...
